Bart Allard is the Managing Member of Allard Financial Advisors. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of public accounting experience. Bart provides a broad base of experience in all facets of financial planning and advisory services to a select group of successful professionals and retirees. He supports his clients by offering a unique combination of traditional CPA skills with experience in designing comprehensive financial solutions for retirement and estate planning, tax-advantaged investments, charitable giving, cross-generational wealth transfer and risk management strategies that include life and long term care insurance. Bart takes pride in building long term personal relationships with his clients and families.
Bart earned the designation of Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) through The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He attained the PFS credential by demonstrating broad-based Financial Planning expertise through his knowledge, skills and experience. Bart abides by The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Code of Professional Conduct.
Bart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in 1994.
Bart is a former board member and past treasurer for the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Benton County. He is a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary Foundation and past president of the Rogers Early Risers Rotary Club. He is an active member of Cross Church in Rogers.
Bart and his wife Missy have been married for over 21 years and have two sons, John-Paul and Murphy. Bart is an avid golfer who has previously served as a board member of the Shadow Valley Men's Golf Association. He also enjoys traveling, hunting and watching his sons participate in sports.
