Paul Allard has been a financial advisor with Allard Financial Advisors since 2004. He provides a broad base of experience in all facets of financial planning and advisory services to a select group of successful professionals and retirees. Paul supports his clients by designing comprehensive financial solutions for retirement and estate planning, tax-advantaged investments, charitable giving, cross-generational wealth transfer and risk management strategies that include life and long term care insurance. Paul takes pride in building long term personal relationships with his clients and families.

Paul successfully completed the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM or CRPC® Professional Designation Program through the College for Financial Planning®. As a graduate, Paul completed a specialized curriculum and passed a rigorous examination focused on the importance of understanding each client's individual financial situation, analyzing his or her related needs and identifying investment opportunities that will best meet those needs. Paul abides by the College for Financial Planning® Professional Code of Ethics for CRPC designees and fulfills annual continuing education requirements to stay current on the key issues that occur throughout all phases of financial planning.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and has 15 years of engineering work experience with Hallmark Cards, Inc. and Glad Manufacturing Company.

Paul is a member of the Financial Services Institute. He is a past president of the Rogers Noon Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow of The Rotary Foundation. He previously served on the board of the Rogers Little Theater (now called the Arkansas Public Theater), where he received the President's Award for outstanding service. He has served as a board member for the Rogers Public School Foundation and is a graduate of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Benton County program. He is also past Big Brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization and a Wood Badge-trained Assistant Scoutmaster with Boy Scout Troop 122.

Paul moved to Rogers, AR in 1979 and married Debbie in 1989. They are active members of Central United Methodist Church in Rogers. They have two children, Greg and Olivia. Paul is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling, exercising, woodworking and especially spending time with family.
